Hello 2018! to look back at 2017, I tried bullet journaling. A Bullet Journal or a Bujo is a DIY journal where you can jot down your notes, to-do lists, events or plans, etc.. on a bullet point notebook or any choice of notebook you want. It's like a to-do list, planner and a diary all in one!

It is usually divided into parts or sections:

Index- table of contents of your Bujo entries

Daily log- where you list the things you did or need/want to do on that day

Monthly log- month calendar

Future log-where you list the goals that you want to achieve, events and any other things that you want to do or accomplish.

Trackers- things you want to keep track of (ex: daily mood tracker, expense tracker, etc..)

BUT it is really up to you if you want to use all of those sections/logs. I just used monthly and daily logs + an expense tracker for my Bullet Journal.

I used a spiral notebook with yellow bullet point paper for my bullet journal. It was more of a "school type" so I started with July. (the start of our school year) I won't lie to you, I went a little lazy to list,set-up every month and keep on track of the things I need to do everyday on my bullet journal. At the last 2 months of 2017, November and December, I ended up not having a daily log cause I'm too lazy :( but designing it and having my own way or version of a journal is fun! There are no rules when it comes to bullet journaling so you can literally write, design and organize your journal the way you want it to be. You won't be wasting any pages of your journal because you create your own style using this method so it's pretty cool. You can add doodles, themes, colors or anything you like in your bullet journal. If I ran out of my own design ideas, Looking at inspirations on Pinterest, Instagram or Youtube are really helpful for me to design my Bujo. Be as creative as you want or if you want it to have a minimalist style and simple, do so! Check out my Bullet Journal with the short video flip through and some pictures below.
