Before and After: My Calligraphy Works

*I don't mean to brag by writing this post but rather share and hopefully inspire calligraphers and readers*
I've been doing calligraphy for a year + a few months now and as I look back on my works before, I can say I've improved a lot. It's so nice to simply see how you improve and kept doing what you love. Calligraphy was just a hobby of mine before and it will always be, but now my journey became exciting as ever! There are some people who ask help from me by giving them calligraphy lessons, I have international readers YAY! and met amazing Calligrafriends from different parts of the world, some business opportunities, and receiving such great compliments are so heartwarming and I'm forever grateful and humbled by all of these blessings!
I remember owning a little basket that only has 4 brush pens, a pointed calligraphy starter pack, a waterbrush, and a mini watercolor palette when I was still starting out and now I have this "mini calligraphy station" which made me broke but I'm happy! hahaha
I dug up all of my old calligraphy photos and chose 4 to recreate and I'm so happy and proud of how it turned out! #selfappreciation hahaha See the before and after pictures below and it will prove that not everyone writes effortlessly and beautifully at their first try. Keep on practicing and may you never stop doing what you love and focus more on progress rather than perfection. Keep on making words fancier and your life fancier. :)
